Delete your ShiftMayt account
This does the same thing the button in the app does, and it does it immediately. It cannot be undone by anybody, including us.
What stays behind, and why
Your hours, the forms you signed and your name stay with the employers you worked for — they are payroll and safety records those businesses are required by law to keep. What is deleted is your sign-in: your email address, your password, and every device and code that could get back in.
That is the whole of it. Nothing is hidden or archived instead: what is listed as deleted is gone, and what is listed as kept was never yours to remove — it is the record an employer is required to hold about work that was done.
Nobody can do this for you
There is no support address that will delete an account on request and no button in an administrator’s screen that does it. Deleting your account ends your access at every business you have worked for at once, and an administrator at any one of them has no standing over the others. So it has to be you, with your password.
If you cannot sign in, ask an administrator where you work to send you a new access code. That lets you set a password — and then this page will work.
